Materials Must Comply With The Relevant Pn-En Or Equivalent Standards; A Product Approved For Marketing In Construction, With A Declaration Of Performance (Dop) And The Ce Marking Or The B Construction Mark. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions With Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated. The Product Must Meet Environmental Requirements In Accordance With The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, Including Compliance With The Reach Regulation, No Svhc Substances Above Acceptable Levels And Recyclability Or Recovery.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) Principle, In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of 18 June 2020.
