Provision Of Psychological Support Servicesdescription Of The Subject Of The Order:1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Psychological Support For A Total Maximum Of 240 Hours (Approximately 40 Hours Per Month); 1 Hour = 60 Minutes.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Psychological Support For People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities, People On The Autism Spectrum Who Are Students, Doctoral Students Or Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes Conducting Conversations And Individual Consultations With The Above-Mentioned Persons. The Consultations Will Cover, Among Others: Motivating To Overcome Barriers And Difficulties In Concentration, Remembering, Not Coping With Stress, Experiencing Low Mood, Shyness, Helplessness, Support In The Educational Process, Help In Dealing With Depression, Anxiety, Violence, Difficult Situations In Relationships, Teamwork, Planning Work On The Problem.3) The Main Tasks Of The Contractor (People Providing Psychological Support) Will Be: A) Providing Psychological Consultations Focused On Constructive Problem Solving And Developing Plans For Further Support;B) Performing Psychological Tests;C) Providing Psychological Advice;D) Assistance In Determining Psychological Potential And Inducing Motivation To Act.4) The Contractors Responsibilities Also Include: A) Preparing An Advice Schedule With The Ordering Party; B) Preparing And Submitting Psychological Services Cards To The Ordering Party; C) Maintaining Documentation Consistent With The Project Reporting, In Accordance With The Templates Provided By The Ordering Party.5) Psychological Support Will Be Carried Out: A) Stationary, In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In The Ordering Partys Buildings In Częstochowa. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Room For The Provision Of Services, Allowing For Confidential Conversations To Be Held In An Unrestricted And Free Manner. Days And Hours Of Service Provision: Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays And Holidays At The Ordering Partys, On Dates Mutually Agreed Between The Contractor And The Person Using The Support. Stationary Services Will Be Able To Be Provided Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. The First Meeting With A Person In Need Of Support, Exploratory Meetings Should Take Place On-Site; B) Remotely - Using An Internet Messenger Allowing At Least The Transmission Of Sound And Image, The Communication Tool Is Provided By The Contractor. Moreover, For Monitoring Purposes, The Contractor Will Send The Ordering Party A Link To The Service And Document The Service Through, E.G. A Screenshot Or An Instant Messenger Report Confirming The Meeting, Its Participants And The Date And Time Of The Start And End Of The Service. The Remote Service Will Be Provided From Monday To Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays, On Dates Mutually Agreed Between The Contractor And The Person Using The Support.
