The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Entitled: Extension Of The District Road No. 1961K Łapanów - Kępanów - Komorniki In The Town Of Kępanów, Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) With Immediate Feasibility.2. As Part Of The Agreed Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Authors Supervision Over The Design And Cost Estimate (I.E. Supervision Over The Compliance Of The Implemented Investment With The Project And Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To The Project). In The Course Of Carrying Out The Designed Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Visit The Construction Site (At Least 3) At The Written Request Of The Employer Submitted At Least Three Days In Advance. The Designers Stay On The Construction Site Resulting From Design Errors Is Not A Stay Under The Authors Supervision.3.
