The Subject Of The Order Includes A Task Carried Out By The Contractors Own Resources In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 10, 2026. Cleaning Works, Including Surface Cleaning Of Loosely Scattered Waste, Should Take Place In The Area Designated By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Collision With Trees For Which A Cutting Permit Is Not Required Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Nature Protection Act Of April 16, 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13), It Is Allowed To Chop Them Completely And Deposit The Collected Material At The Place Of Production In Order To Use It For Mulching And Reclamation Of The Cleaned Area. Pursuant To Art. 9E Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Contractor Ensures Immediate Removal Of Waste Collected From The Property To The Municipal Installation Entered On The List Kept By The Voivodeship Marshal. In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Original Scale Report (Weight Report) Issued By The Installation Administrator And Reports Generated From The Bdo System Enabling Identification Of The Vehicle Along With Waste Codes And The Weight Of The Waste Delivered. Waste Requiring Removal From The Real Estate Areas Indicated By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Implementation Of This Task Has Been Classified Into Group 20, Partially Into Group 17 (Not Containing Hazardous Waste), And Into Group 16 (Used Tires, Glass, Plastics, Non-Ferrous Metals, Ferrous Metals) In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10).
