The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Economic Portal Www.Gospodarka.Lubelskie.Pl Located On The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Through The Design, Implementation And Launch Of The Sp Platform Along With The Provision Of Technical Support Services For A Period Of 60 Months2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Divided Into Individual Stages: Stage I) - Otherwise Production Implementation Will Be Completed By Mutual Signing Of The Final Protocol No Later Than 80 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, And This Deadline Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. Production Implementation Consists Of The Following Activities: 1) Project Planning, Which Will Result In A Detailed Schedule Prepared By The Contractor And Received By The Ordering Party, Divided Into Project Phases (Products, Their Deadlines). Implementation, Assigned Parties Responsible For Their Implementation).2) Detailed Pre-Implementation Analysis, The Result Of Which Will Be A Description Of The Operation Of The Platform Functionalities Described In The Opz Prepared By The Contractor And Received By The Ordering Party, A Description Of How To Implement The Ordering Partys Requirements, And A Description Of Roles And Authorizations.3) Implementation Including In Particular: - Performance Of The Necessary Programming Works By The Contractor, The Correctness Of Which Will Be Confirmed By Tests Carried Out By The Contractor, - Carrying Out Tests And Acceptances By The Ordering Party. They Prepare An Acceptance Report From The Production Implementation, And The One Signed By The Parties Without Any Comments Is The Basis For Issuing A Remuneration Invoice. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party, When Signing The Acceptance Report, With The Subject Of The Contract, Saved On A Digital Medium, In A Complete Condition Along With Full Documentation With A Set Of Implementation Codes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include The Deadlines In The Detailed Schedule Provided By The Contractor Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Borders Specified In § 2 Section 1 Ipu, Taking Into Account The Actual Time Necessary For The Ordering Party To Verify The Submitted Product, As Well As To Remove Product Irregularities Reported By The Ordering Party. Stage Ii) - Training, Technical Assistance Service And Provision Of Warranty Within No Later Than 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Production Implementation Of The System, I.E. Stage I Specified Above - The Contractor - Will Conduct Training For A Minimum Of 5 Employees Of The Ordering Party (Administrators) In Accordance With The Training Concept Approved By The Ordering Party And Presented By The Contractor Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Will Prepare Instructions In The Form Agreed With The Ordering Party For Users Of The Platform, Divided Into System Roles.
