Tender Description Bid # (39/2026) Institutional Capacity Building Training on Strategic communication, Visibility, Outreach, and Stakeholder Engagement The Applied Research Institute Jerusalem Society (ARIJ) in partnership with We Effect is implementing the project Towards Inclusive and Just Cooperative Sector in the West Bank III under the Palestine CSO Programme 20262028, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) through We Effect. The project aims to strengthen the resilience, productivity, and sustainability of cooperatives in West Bank. by promoting democratic governance, gender equality, and climate-resilient practices in production and marketing systems. Accordingly, ARIJ is seeking a qualified consultancy firm to conduct an Institutional Capacity Building Training on Strategic communication, Visibility, Outreach, and Stakeholder Engagement for selected cooperatives. The study will assess the current status, needs, and priorities of the targeted cooperatives, establish baseline values for measuring progress, and provide actionable insights to guide project implementation, identify capacity gaps, and support effective monitoring and evaluation.
