Norwegian Peoples Aid (NPA) is an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) implementing humanitarian relief and long term development programs in South Sudan. NPA invites qualified and reputable insurance companies to submit proposals/bids for providing Group Life and Personal Accident insurance for its national staff in South Sudan The insurance policy should cover the following services: Group Life and Personal Accident Insurance Full time coverage (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Payment of three times annual basic salary upon death Funeral expenses of minimum USD 2,500 per life Accidental death benefit of three times annual basic salary Permanent total disability benefit of three times annual basic salary Critical illness benefits 30% of the Group Life sum. Assured up to a maximum of USD 75,000 Accidental permanent total disability benefit of three times annual basic salary. Accidental temporary total disability benefit of maximum of 52 weekly basic salary Accidental medical expenses reimbursement up to USD 6,500 per employee.
