The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Complete And Faultless Complete Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Works Incl. Supply Of The Necessary Materials, Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Operable Work And Further The Performance Of All Activities, The Performance Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work (E.G. Construction Site Equipment, Safety Measures, Etc.). The Project Documentation Is Listed In Appendix No. 2 Of This Procurement Documentation.
