During The Execution Of The Works, The Surrounding Roads And Greenery Must Not Be Damaged Or Polluted. When Handling Dismantled (Demolished) Material And Rubble, It Is Necessary To Apply Effective Measures To Minimize Dust Or Noise Pollution In The Surroundings. The Lifting Device, Which Will Be Used To Move The Material, Will Not Be Able To Be Anchored To The Facade Of The Building. It Is Necessary To Ensure Effective Measures To Protect The Clients Property. The Contractor Will Delineate The Construction Site And Will Ensure Compliance With Regulations Regarding The Safety Of All Persons In The Area Of ​​The Work Being Carried Out. The Contractor Will Ensure The Laying Out Of Engineering Networks. All Demolished And Dismantled Material Must Be Taken Away And Deposited At The Appropriate Landfill. The Temporary Use Of Areas For Construction Site Equipment Will Be Ensured By The Contractor At His Own Expense, Incl. Laying Out Utility Networks.
