The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction And Dismantling Of A Temporary Ice Rink In Three Seasons According To The Procurement Documents, Including The Construction Project. The Skating Rink Will Be Built On The Square Of Tartu Town Hall Around The Fountain Kissing Students. It Is A Temporary Building That Is Used For Approximately 3 Months Each Season. The Area Of The Skating Rink Is Approx. 1059 M², And The Structure Consists Of Concrete Fences, Euro Bases, Piping And A Refrigeration System.
