The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Sign A Framework Agreement With A Communication Agency To Support The Strategic And Operational Communication Activities Of The Estonian Bar Association. The Executors Role Is To Provide High-Quality Internal And External Communication Support, Including But Not Limited To Strategic Communication Consulting, Organizing Media Relations And, If Necessary, Crisis Communication Support According To The Current Needs Of The Procurer. The Communication Partner Also Monitors And Analyzes The Impact And Effectiveness Of Communication. The Communication Partner Helps Ensure The Visibility Of The Role And Contribution Of The Bar Association In The Estonian Legal System And Society. The Volume Of The Framework Agreement Is 90,000 Eur Without Vat, And The Duration Of The Agreement Is 36 Months Or Until The Financial Volume Of The Framework Agreement Is Fulfilled.
