Subject Of The Public Procurement - The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Office Materials And Copy Paper For The Needs Of The General Directorate Gendarmerie, Special Operations And Combating Terrorism (Gjsobt) By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Item 1: Delivery Of Office Materials For The Needs Of The Gjsobt Separate Item 2: Delivery Of Paper For The Needs Of Gjsobt The Types And Characteristics Of The Individual Items Subject To The Order, As Well As Their Quantities, Are Specified In The List Of Items Part Of The Technical Specification For Each Individual Item. The List Of Items Under Separate Item 2 Contains Environmental Requirements For A Certain Group Of Items Falling Within The Scope Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement. The Delivery Quantities Specified In The List Of Items To The Technical Specifications Under The Respective Individual Items Are Estimated (Indicative) And The Employer Is Not Bound By Their Full Utilization. If Necessary, Quantities Above The Forecast Can Be Requested. The Actual Quantities Requested For Delivery Of Stationery And Paper Will Be Determined According To The Consumption Of The Contracting Authority Until The Estimated Value Of The Item Is Reached. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Accept And Pay Only The Quantities That It Has Requested And That Have Been Delivered Within The Terms And Under The Terms Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
