Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Repair Of The Street Network And Road Facilities In The Territory Of The Sredets Co-District By Specific Positions

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Maintenance And Repair Of The Street Network And Road Facilities In The Territory Of The Sredets Regional Region By Specific Items And Includes In Its Scope 2 /Two/ Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1 Complete Repair Of The Pavements On The Territory Of The Sredets Regional Municipality - District Sredets And Separate Item No. 2 Ongoing Maintenance Of Street Network And Road Facilities On The Territory Of The Sredets District. Offers Can Be Submitted For One, Several Or All Individual Positions.​​​​​​ In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And Of The Separate Individual Items Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications Attached To The Documentation. Contracts For Awarding The Performance Of The Separate Individual Items Will Be Concluded At The Corresponding Estimated Value For The Specific Item. In This Sense, The Estimated Value Of The Relevant Specific Item Is The Maximum Total Value Of The Contract For Its Implementation, For The Entire Term Of The Contract, Within Which The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign The Implementation Of Specific Smrs. The Total Value Of The Contract Under The Respective Separate Item And The Quantities Of The Smr Planned For Implementation Are Indicative, Therefore They Are Not Binding On The Parties As The Contracting Authority Has The Right, Depending On Its Specific Needs And Available Financial Resources, Not To Award Construction For The Entire Total Value And/Or For The Full Volume. Within The Term Of The Contract For Awarding The Execution Of The Respective Separate Position (Until 31.12.2027) Or Until Its Total Value Is Reached - Depending On Which Condition Occurs First - The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign The Execution Of Specific Types And Quantities Of Construction Work And The Contractor Will Be Paid All Amounts Due Only For The Types Of Construction Work Actually Commissioned And Executed, In Accordance With The Unit Prices For The Execution Of The Individual Construction Works Specified In The Attached To The Contractors Price Proposal Bill Of Quantities For The Respective Individual Item, Regardless Of The Total Value In The Latter, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Attached Draft Contract. ​
