By Carrying Out The Public Procurement Procedure, Mbal - Asenovgrad Eood Aims To Select A Supplier Of Net Electric Energy And A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy. The Estimated Electricity Consumption Of The Medical Facility For A 12-Month Period Is 351.75435 Mwh, And The Same Was Calculated For The Period From The Month Of May 2025 To The Month Of April 2026, Including On The Basis Of The Realized Consumption In Accordance With A Detailed Monthly Report, Information About Which Is Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Present Instructions For Participation. The Contractor Must Deliver Net Electrical Energy For The Clients Site And Include It In A Balancing Group As An Indirect Member, According To The Electricity Trading Rules Of The Energy And Water Regulatory Commission. Also, The Contractor Must Perform The Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator And Bear The Possible Costs Of Imbalances.
