This Tender Is For The Provision Of A Sole Provider For The Purchase And Maintenance Of Real Time Information Passenger Screens (Rtpi), A Content Management System (Cms), Annual Maintenance And Support, And A Customer Services Helpdesk.The Wmca Now Seeks To Form A Long-Term Partnership With A Single Provider For Both Hardware, Software, Customer Services, Development And Innovation. The Rationale Being To Provide A Managed Service, With Consistency, Clearly Defined Responsibilities, Streamlined Products And Supply Chain, And Facilitate Interoperability.The Requirements Are Split Into Six (6) Distinct Areas. 1.One Off Purchase Of A New Content Management System (Cms)2.One Off Purchase Of 21 ‘Summary’ Electronic Passenger Information (Epi) Display Screens.3.Annual Licencing Of Cms And Its Service & Maintenance.4.Annual Hardware Maintenance Including Disposal, Of Wmca’S Existing 673 Epi Display Screens And The 21 Newly Purchased 'Summary' Epi Display Screens During The Contract Period. 5.Ongoing Provision And Purchase Of Future Hardware (Epi) Display Screens.6.Ongoing Provision Of Ad Hoc Consultancy Support Related To All Wmca Rtpi Hardware And Software Estate.
