This Tender Is Reserved For Local Non-Profit Entities Or Associations And Is Governed By Article 218 Of The Legislative Decree 3/2003, Of April 28, Approving The Revised Text Of The Municipal And Local Government Law Of Catalonia, Article 57 Of Decree 336/1988, Of October 17, Approving The Property Regulations Of Local Entities, And The Forty-Eighth Additional Provision Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts. License Will Authorize The Occupation Of The Public Road, In The Parking Lot Located Between C/502 And C/9 Bis. The Bar Will Occupy 9 Linear Meters, Located In The Parking Lot Just In Front Of The Kitesurfing Module. In Total An Approximate Surface Of 30 M2. See Appendix Plan 1.
