The Contractor Must Offer Continuous And Specialized Service In Collecting, Washing, Removing Possible Stains, Sanitizing And Carrying Out Small Repairs Of Damaged Parts Of The Entire Linen Of The Health Service, Upa, Laboratories And Dental Offices, Among Others, In Addition To Ironing, Folding, Packing Individually By Type Of Clothes, Transporting And Returning Hospital Clothes Daily According To The Sector Of Origin. Dirty Clothes Must Be Packed In Plastic Packaging (Plastic Bags) With Sufficient Micron Size For Transportation (Packaging Provided By The Contractor). Delivery Times Will Be Agreed For Both Dirty Clothes And Clean Clothes. The Contractor Must Carry Out The Weighing Of The Clothes Collected On The Date At The Contractors Premises (Using The Contractors Own Scale), Which Will Be Supervised By An Identified Server. The Clothing Must Be Delivered Washed, Sanitized, Bleached, Dried, Ironed And In Usable Condition. After Cleaning, The Clothing Must Be Packed In Closed Plastic Bags, And Separated By Type Of Clothing, Duly Identified. The Employees Who Carry Out The Collection/Delivery Of Linen Must Be Identified, Uniformed And Use The Epis Required By Anvisa/Ministry Of Health. The Collection And Weighing Of Dirty Linen, And The Return Of Clean, Ironed, Folded Linen, Packaged By Type Of Clothing, Must Be Carried Out By The Contractors Own Means. All External Transport Of Clothes Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor, And They Must Have Suitable Vehicles For This Purpose. Vehicles Must Be Properly Identified And Locked, Suitable For This Type Of Service Provision, And Must Be Used Exclusively For This Activity.
