Provision Of Specialized Technical Advisory Service In The Aldir Blanc Law (Federal Law No. 14,399/2022 And Minc Ordinance No. 80, Of October 27, 2023), Decree 11,740 Of 10/18/2023 Art.13, With The Following Duties: - Guide The General Guidelines, Strategies And Means To Guarantee Implementation Of The Benefits Provided For In The Abovementioned Law; - Provide Guidance On The Disclosure And Use Of Information Generated; - Actions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Benefits Provided By Law, Including: A) Preparation Of Notices According To Definitions Established In Paar; B) Making Public Calls (If Necessary); C) Provision Of Reviewers (Including Their Hiring And Payments) For Analyzing Projects, Issuing Classification Reports, Carrying Out Resource Analysis And All Other Processes Necessary For The Selection Of Presented Projects; D) Consultancy For The Rendering Of Accounts Of The Proponents And Carrying Out The Rendering Of Municipal Accounts; E) Consultancy And Operationalization Of Any Other Process That Involves The Selection, Payment And Accountability Of The Resources Of The Said Law.
