Request for proposals for Face-to-Face/Door-to-Door Fundraising Pilot IRC UK is seeking proposals from qualified fundraising agencies to deliver face-to-face fundraising services for a short pilot programme during FY26. Face-to-face fundraising includes the recruitment of regular giving donors through: street fundraising in public locations, and/or door-to-door fundraising The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a supplier to deliver a four-month pilot programme between June and September 2026. The anticipated total programme spend is expected to be under £200,000 during the pilot period. Further details on programme expectations are provided in the Statement of Work (SOW).
