Request for proposals for Interior Fit out of the World Bank Group Office in Rwanda. WBG requires the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) to undertake comprehensive GC services for the interior fit out of 2,000 sqm of new office space over 4 floors of a multi tenant commercial buidling in Kigali, Rwanda. Scope is inclusive of : electric and data infrastructure and connections, UPS, interior finishes including floor, walls and ceilings, lighting, security and FLS systems, and built-in furniture. Mandatory Criteria: Only those Offerors with sufficient experience, the financial strength and stability and the demonstrable technical knowledge will qualify for further consideration. The following mandatory criteria will be applied to the RFP: 1. Bidder must have minimum annual gross revenues of USD 6M per annum for the last 3 years. 2. Bidder may be asked to submit a complete set of audited financials for the previous three fiscal years that demonstrates it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract. 3. Bidder must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing similar services to this solicitation over the past 5 years in Rwanda or the region. 4. Bidders must attest that the company has not been involved in any litigation action in the past five (5) years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or due to errors and omissions. 5.General Contractor should be compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in Rwanda. 6. Bidders will need to provide 5 examples of works of similar scope and scale completed in the past 5 years within Rwanda.
