General Procurement Notice for Construction and Rehabilitation of Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Management Infrastructure in the City of Shaki and its Nearby Villages of Kish, Okhud and Gokhmud Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant A sovereign loan in the amount of up to EUR 91 million. Tranche 1 of up to EUR 57 million to finance the completion of construction of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Shaki (16,000m3/day capacity); construction of a WWTP sludge management facility (approx. 5 years storage capacity) including the installation of 0.8MWp PV panels; acquisition of O&M vehicles and machinery; construction of water supply (102.7km), sewerage (148.3km) and stormwater (48.7km) networks, and 3 water reservoirs (5,750m3 capacity); and services of a Project Implementation Support consultant. Tranche 1 will be co-financed by an investment grant of up to EUR 4 million from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P). Tranche 2 of up to EUR 34 million (uncommitted) to finance the construction of a WWTP and the water supply (146.4km) and sewerage (164km) networks, water reservoirs, pumping stations and chlorination stations in villages of Kish, Okhud and Gokhmud. The Borrower will be financing the VAT, the cost of a Project Implementation Unit, external audit, and other Project related costs. 2.
