Tenders are invited for Communications Consultant The consultant will support the revival and enhancement of the WG PASC newsletter, including organizational updates, funding opportunities, and triple nexus best practices. In parallel, the consultant will support the development and organization of a dedicated collaboration space/tab within the WG PASC platform to facilitate updates, information sharing, and cooperation opportunities among members. The consultant will also ensure that the communication and collaboration system is sustainable and user-friendly for long-term member use, including providing guidance on maintenance and management of the platform. Scope of Work The Consultant will be responsible for the following: Reviving and enhancing WG PASC communication tools Developing and structuring the WG PASC newsletter format and content. Supporting the dissemination of organizational updates, funding opportunities, and triple nexus best practices. Supporting collaboration and engagement mechanisms Developing and organizing a dedicated collaboration space/tab within WG PASCs website. Facilitating improved member engagement and cooperation opportunities through the platform. Ensuring sustainability of the communication system Providing recommendations and guidance for the long-term maintenance and usability of the platform. Supporting the visibility and accessibility of communication tools for WG PASC members. Vacancy Period The consultancy is expected to be delivered between May and December 2026. A more detailed timeframe can be agreed upon with the consultant. Deliverables Enhanced monthly WG PASC newsletter and communication content; Dedicated collaboration space/tab within the WG PASC platform; Guidance and recommendations for long-term maintenance and sustainability of the communication system; and Final report summarizing activities conducted and recommendations provided. Qualifications Advanced university degree in Communications, Media, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related field experience; Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in communications, community engagement, or platform/content management for CSOs or NGOs; Fluency in English and good knowledge of Arabic; and Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills.
