Tenders Are Invited For Repair/Protection Of The Bench And Perimeter Ditch On The Head Dam And Improvement Of Drainage On The Service Road On The Left Bank Dam In Accordance With The Expert Opinion - Racibórz Reservoir

The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Repair/Protection Of The Bench And Perimeter Ditch On The Head Dam And Improvement Of Drainage On The Service Road On The Left Bank Dam In Accordance With The Expert Opinion - Racibórz Reservoir. The Task Includes: 1) Preparation Of Simplified Technical Documentation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Guidelines (Hereinafter: Technical Documentation); 2) Performance Of Maintenance Works Based On The Above-Mentioned. Technical Documentation, Aimed At Restoring The Patency And Filtration Effectiveness Of The Existing Surface Drainage System, Limiting Surface Runoff On The Surface Of The Service Road Without Interfering With The Structure Of The Dam And Without Changing The Hydraulic Parameters Of The Existing Drainage System. Detailed Information About The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Terms Of Execution Of The Contract Are Specified, Among Others: Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contractthe Scope Of Work Should Be Performed With Due Diligence In Accordance With The Opz, The Contract Template, The Employers Recommendations, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Appropriate Permits For Transport On Adjacent Land, Roads, And Communication Between Banks On Existing Bridges And Culverts For The Duration Of The Works. Transport Should Be Adapted To The Carrying Capacity And Class Of Roads. All Costs Related To The Transport Of Equipment To The Construction Site Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, On An Ongoing Basis And At His Own Expense, All Contamination And Damage Caused By His Vehicles On Public Roads And Access Roads To The Construction Site. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road Lane, The Contractor Will Obtain The Consent Of The Road Owner To Occupy The Road Lane And Cover The Related Costs. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area In A Proper Condition And Tidy, As Mentioned Above. Infrastructure And Neighboring Properties, If He Used Them During The Implementation Of The Task. These Works Should Be Performed To The Extent That Their Owners And Users Can Use Them Under The Existing Rules.
