1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Street Lamps In The Kutno Commune.2. The Scope Of The Object Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Complete Lighting Sets (Street Lanterns) In The Quantity In Accordance With The Description Of The Object Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Preparation Of The Area And Ensuring Proper Installation; 3) Execution Of Assembly Works, Including Foundation Of Poles And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And The Necessary Infrastructure; 4) Execution Of The Necessary Electrical Connections / Autonomous Installations Suitable For Each Of The Types Of Lanterns Delivered, I.E. Solar Lamps And Hybrid Lamps;5) Commissioning And Configuration Of The Lighting System.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Applicable Legal Provisions; 2) Technical And Industry Standards; 3) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Due Professional Care.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order As A Comprehensive Service, Including All Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Lighting, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Documentation, But Are Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Are Described In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Kilometer (Lineage) Indicated In The Documentation, Specifying The Location Of The Installation Of The Lanterns, Is For Illustrative And Indicative Purposes Only. The Ordering Party Provides For And Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Location Of Individual Lanterns During The Implementation Stage By A Section Of Up To 30 Meters. Any Shift In Mileage Within The Scope Specified Above Is An Inherent Feature And Will Not Be Treated As A Significant Change In The Terms Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Applicable Law, Without Giving Rise To Any Financial Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Provisions Contained In The Documents Referred To In Point 5.5 Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary.6. The Offered And Delivered Subject Of The Order, I.E. Complete Lanterns With Accessories, Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Complete And Ready For Use As Intended, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Elements Or Accessories. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Of The Set, In Particular: Lighting Poles, Led Fixtures, Mounting Elements, Photovoltaic Panels, Turbines (If Applicable), Supporting Structures, Battery Housings And Mounting Elements, Have An Intact Structural Structure And Full Integrity Of Protective Coatings, Including Anti-Corrosion And Paint Coatings. Any Mechanical Damage Is Unacceptable, In Particular: Deformation Of Poles Or Supporting Structures, Cracks, Scratches, Chipping Of Coatings, Corrosion Spots, Damage To Photovoltaic Panels (Includi
