1) Location: E. Szymańskiego Park Is Located Between Wolska, Górczewska, Elekcyjna Streets And Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia. The Facility Is Located On The Registered Plots: No. 7/10 And 6 From The Area 6-07-04 Of The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation, On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Of Renovation Works Of The Water System In E. Szymański Park In Warsaw.3) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Execution, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. E. Szymański Park In Warsaw, Along With The Required Arrangements, B) Execution Of Construction Works/Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, In Particular Regarding: - Renovation Of The Concrete Structure And Waterproofing Of The Tank, - Repair Of Lighting Fixtures, - Renovation And Replacement Of Fountain Nozzles, - Replacement Of The Palisade, - Replacement Of Lawn Barriers, - Repair Of Structural Elements And Surfaces, - Planting And Maintenance Existing Greenery, C) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, D) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works/Works Performed In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.5) Information About The Division/Non-Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works In The Field Of Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installations Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.6) Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (In Words: Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. 7) The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. 8) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 1,336,848.00 To Finance The Awarded Order. 9) Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty: A) For The Construction Works Performed, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works To 60 Months. The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers - See Chapter Xiv Of The Swz, B) For The Plan
