1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Station In Żabno As Part Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Historic Palace In Łęg Tarnowski And Construction Of A Bicycle Station In Żabno Implemented As Part Of The Project Development Of The Tourist Offer Of The Tarnów Agglomeration Based On The Enotarnowskie Brand Project No.: Femp.07.02.-Iz.00-0023/25.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Demolition Works B) Earthworks) Reinforced Concrete Structures And Steel) Wooden Structures And Coverings) Surfacesef) Land Planting And Sowing Grassg) Equipment For Stands) Electrical Installations, Including:• Cable Lines - Wlz• Cable Lines - Area Lighting• Installation Of Electrical Installations• Cctv Monitoring• Earthing Of The Switchgear• Verification Measurements3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz  Documentation Design - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including The Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.6) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That He Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.7) Moreover, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Authorizations In Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Keeping An Investment Implementation Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Execution Of The Order While Applying Standards For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery (File Named Sodiz In Annex No. Stwiorb, With Due Care, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract /Appendix No. 7/, B) To Perform The Works, The Contractor Will Use Only Its Own Materials, Having The Required Approvals And Certificates, Which Will Be Required At The Final Acceptance Of The Works.
