1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In Suwałki, Ul. Edward Lech Wojczyński, On Plot No. 31967/24, Precinct No. 7.2. The Facility Serves As A Dual Use (Warehouse/Population Assembly Point) - Under Normal Conditions It Is Used To Store Equipment, Materials And Equipment Used In Crisis Management And Civil Defense Activities. In Emergency Situations - In Particular In The Event Of Armed Conflict, Natural Disasters Or Other Crisis Situations - The Facility Will Be Used As A Gathering Place For People During Evacuation.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of The Following Works: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Land Development, Construction Design And Technical Design Of All Industries); B) Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order; C) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works; D) Execution Of Construction Works Including The Delivery And Assembly Of All Elements; E) Execution Of Connections And Internal Installations; F) Development Of The Area Around The Hall (Entrance Made Of Aggregate With Addition Broken Concrete Block Band, Edges);G) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction;H) Preparing As-Built Documentation/Inventory. 4. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. I.E. In The Case Of Contracts Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including Employees Of The Ordering Party, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract.
