The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities And The Reconstruction Of The External Stairs Of The Main Entrance To Primary School No. 258 At Ul. Brechta 8 In Warsaw, Including Land Development To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment And Providing Authors Supervision. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula And Includes Two Main Stages: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation. The Scope Of The Stage Includes The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ffu And Legal Provisions, In Particular: • Preparation Of A Conceptual Design And Obtaining The Approval Of The Ordering Party, • Development Of A Construction Design (Including The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design), • Development Of Executive Designs Covering A Comprehensive Solution Of The Zone Entrance, Including Ramps, Stairs And Land Development Elements, • Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, • Preparation Of An Inventory Of Greenery And Development Of Greenery Management (Including Possible Cuttings, Replanting And Plantings), • Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including Arrangements With The Office Of The Capital Conservator Of Monuments And Decisions On A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Works. The Design Documentation Should Ensure That The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Special Needs Are Met And Provide For The Reconstruction And Tidying Up Of The Investment Area After The Completion Of Construction Works.  Stage Ii - Construction Works With Authors Supervision. The Scope Of The Stage Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed And Approved Design Documentation, In Particular: • Reconstruction Of The Existing External Stairs With A Landing, Adapting Their Parameters To Applicable Regulations, • Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities Providing Access To The Building, • Construction Of Anti-Slip Surfaces, Balustrades And Safety Elements, • Execution Of Drainage Of The Entrance Area And Necessary Installations, Including Possible Lighting, • Works Demolition, Preparatory And Accompanying Works, Including The Disposal Of Materials, • Land Development In The Scope Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, Including In Particular The Reconstruction Of The Surface, Shaping And Restoration Of Greenery, Planting, Land Recultivation And Elements Of Small Infrastructure (Including Fences).
