A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials And Devices. If The Use Of Other Materials Or Devices Requires Changing The Technical Documentation, The Redesign Costs Will Be Borne By The Contractor.5. The Work Will Be Performed At The Active Facility Of The Greater Poland Neuropsychiatric Center. Due To The Above, Any Interruptions In The Supply Of Utilities Must Be Consulted In Advance With The Ordering Party. They Should Be Kept To A Minimum By Ensuring Supplies From Other Alternative Sources At The Contractors Expense.6. The Work Area Must Be Properly Protected Against Unauthorized Persons.7. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Execution Of The Task Is 48 Months From The Date Of Preparation Of The Final Works Acceptance Report. 8. The Maximum Time Required By The Ordering Party To Remove The Defect Is 36 Hours.
