4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Design And Build System Expansion Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Konopiska Commune. The Order Concerns The Implementation Of A Project In The Form Of Expansion Of The Pszok Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Design And Build Formula, Along With The Necessary Equipment. The Project Is To Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Purpose And Function Of The Facility And Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering Practice. As Part Of This Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Formal And Legal Documents Such As Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Decisions And Consents, Along With The Implementation Of The Scope Resulting From These Documents (E.G. Building Permits, Construction Or Reconstruction Of Connections, Removal Of Any Collisions, Demolition, Cutting Down Trees Or Bushes, Use Permit, Etc.). 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Obtaining All Documents And Information Necessary For The Design Of Construction Works, 2) Development Of A Complete Design Construction (Which Includes A Technical Design With Detail At The Level Of The Execution Design) In A Paper Version And An Electronic Version (Containing A Pzt In A Dwg Or Dxf File),3) Preparation Of Information Concerning Health And Safety In A Paper Version And An Editable Electronic Version,4) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In A Paper Version And An Editable Electronic Version,5) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities In A Paper Version And An Editable Electronic Version,6) Preparation Investors Cost Estimate In A Detailed Form In A Paper Version And An Editable Electronic Version, Enabling The File To Be Opened In Programs Such As: Norma, Zuzia.7) Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Research In The Field Of Architecture, Construction, Installation, Geology And Any Other Necessary To Implement The Investment Intention, If Required8) Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Arrangements, If Required By Law, Up To A Valid Occupancy Permit.9) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements With Investor10) Implementation Of Complete Construction And Assembly Works11) Performance Of Authors Supervision.4.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Functional And Utility Program And The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Along With Annexes, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. 4.4 The Building Must Be Free From Architectural Barriers.
