The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Jawor, Castle (13Th Century), Continuation Of The Reconstruction Of The Structure And Roof Covering Of The Piast Castle In Jawor Divided Into Two Tasks: Task 1 - Segment A Task 2 - Segment E. Co-Financed Task: 1) Task 1 - Segment A - Marshals Office Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship - Subsidy For Conservation, Restoration Or Construction Works On Monuments Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Located In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. 2) Task 2 - Segment E - Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage - Targeted Subsidy For Conservation Or Restoration Work On A Monument Entered On The List Of Heritage Treasures And Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws, Item 2425) Government Program Protection Of Monuments For A Year 2026”.2. The Final Roof Renovation Will Be Carried Out Together With The Impregnation Of The Roof Truss. These Are Two Parts Of The Roof Marked In The Documentation With The Letters A And E According To Drawings No. 04 And No. 05 Of The Construction Design Approved By The Decision Of The Jawor Staroste With The Development Date Of 2014. 3. As Part Of The Renovation Of Both Parts, It Is Necessary To, Among Others: • Remove The Existing Covering From Ceramic Plain Tiles, • Remove Biologically Corroded Elements And Replace Them With New Ones With The Same Cross-Sections, Remove 100% Of The Existing Patches, And Cut The Infected Elements Superficially, • Remove The Existing Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, • Install New Hatches On The Roof, • Protect All Existing And New Wooden Truss Elements Against Insects And Fire To A Degree Of Difficult Flammability (Nro), Before Securing The Existing Elements With The Preparation As Above, Clean Them Of Dirt With Steel Brushes, • Unfasten The Membrane On The Rafters, Nail Fire-Protected Spacer Counter-Battens (Nro) Along The Rafters, • Nail New Fire-Protected Battens (Nro), • Make New Flashings From Zinc-Titanium Sheet, • Install New Gutters From Zinc-Titanium Sheet With A Diameter Of Ø150, Replace The Upper Sections Of The Pipes Downspouts With A Diameter Of Ø120 Made Of Zinc-Titanium Sheet, The Connections Of The Cladding Elements, Gutters And Downpipes Should Be Made With A Zinc-Lead Binder, • Cover The Roof With A New Ceramic Plain Tile Laid In A Double Lacing Pattern (A 15.5 Cm Wide Roof Tile Should Be Used, Natural Red, I.E. The Same As In The Already Renovated Areas) On A Total Area Of Approximately 380.0 M2, Mounting Method In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines, Also Use Ventilation Roof Tiles For Ventilation In Quantities In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines, • Re-Brick The Chimneys, Plaster The Chimneys And Paint With White Silicate Paint, 4. Dispose Of The Generated Waste - The Ordering Party Requires That The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Be Transported And Stored At The Waste Disposal Site. The C
