Scope Of Work:• Demolition Of The Existing Small Architecture And Its Disposal,• Cleaning Of The Pond, Desilting The Bottom, Removal Of Excess Vegetation (Algae, Weeds),• Construction Of New Walking Paths,• Construction Of Field Stairs,• Construction Of A Fenced Playground In The Western-Northern Part Of The Plot,• Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture, I.E.: Benches, Baskets, Outdoor Library, Floating Birdhouse,• Construction Of A Low-Rise Panel Fencing Around The Existing Water Reservoir, • Construction Of Park Lighting Within The Designed And Existing Recreational Infrastructure. The Existing Gravel Pedestrian Paths Along The Designed Fence Should Be Supplemented, Creating An Access To The New Area Equipment. Stairs Made Of Paving Stones Were Designed On The Slope Connecting The Existing Alley With The Newly Designed Devices. New Benches With Backrests And Waste Bins Have Been Placed Along The Alleys. An Insect Hotel Was Placed In The Central Point Of The Walking Paths, Close To Existing Trees And Shrubs. An Outdoor Library Is Located Near The Walking Bay In The South-Eastern Part Of The Plot, Thus Defining A Functional Zone - An Outdoor Reading Room. In Order To Increase The Safety Of Users In The Area, New Park Lighting Was Designed And The Existing Water Reservoir Was Fenced Off With A Low Panel Fence. A Floating House For Water Birds Should Be Installed On The Water Body To Enrich The Biodiversity Of The Water Body.
