The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation And The Construction Of A Central Heating Installation With A Boiler Room In The Existing Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Prandocin No. 63A, Słomniki Commune.2. The Scope Includes: A) Preparation Of The Construction Site Along With Marking And Placing A Construction Board; B) Dismantling And Demolition Works Inside The Building, Including Disposal; C) Construction And Assembly Works, Reconstruction Of The Sewage And Water Supply Installations And General Construction Works (Bricklaying, Plastering, Flooring, Partition Wall, Doors; D) Electrical Installation And Instrumentation; E) Installation Of Gas Boiler Technology For Central Heating And Hot Water; F) Implementation Of The System Exhaust Gas Discharge And Exhaust Ventilation;G) Installation Of A Gas Installation In The Building;H) Installation Of A Central Heating Installation;I) Tightness Tests, Flushing, Venting, Commissioning And Putting Into Operation;J) Commissioning And Training Of Users;K) Cleaning Works;L) Execution And Coverage Of Costs Related To Obtaining Protocols Necessary To Put The Investment Into Operation, Including, Among Others, Costs Related To The Preparation Of Tightness Reports, Chimney Sweep Inspections, Sanitary And Epidemiological Station Inspections, Etc. These Costs Should Be Included In The Overall Costs Of The Investment; M) Obtaining A Decision On The Investment Use Permit Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party; N) Carrying Out The Development Of The Construction Site (Social Facilities, Fencing, Etc.) At The Contractors Own Expense And With The Efforts Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Indicate Possible Places Of Utility Consumption During The Construction Period;O) Granting A 60-Month Guarantee/Warranty For The Works Performed, Including The Installed Boilers.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Documentation) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Published Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature In Order To Determine The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
