4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of Municipal Road No. 109408L In Bukowina. 4.2. Description Of The Investment: The Subject Of The Investment Is Construction Of Municipal Road No. 109408L In Bukowina. The Beginning Of The Road Construction Route Is At Km 1+020, And The End Of The Route Is At Km 1+244. The Construction Covers A 224-Meter Long Road Section. The Road Runs Through Agricultural Fields, With Some Farm Buildings. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Provide Access To Properties Adjacent To The Road, To Pave The Road And To Regulate The Legal Status Of The Road Lane Of The Municipal Road. The Road On The Section From Km 0+000 To Km 1+020 Has An Aggregate Surface. In Its Current Condition, The Section Covered By The Planned Road Construction Is Unpaved. A Road With An Unbound Aggregate Surface, 3.5 M Wide, Was Designed. On The Entire Road Section, 0.75 M Wide Dirt Shoulders Were Designed On Both Sides. The Project Envisages Construction Of Exits To Properties Adjacent To The Road With An Unbound Aggregate Surface. Ordinary Exits Have A Basic Width Of 5.00 M. The Width Of The Dirt Roadsides Was Assumed To Be 0.75 M. The Entrances To The Municipal Road Are Rounded With Arcs With A Radius Of R = 3.0 M. The Location Of The Exits Results From The Analysis Of Access To The Public Road. The Investment Does Not Envisage Any Changes In The Current Condition Of The Network And Utilities. There Are No Inventoried Utility Networks Within The Investment.4.3. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Preparatory And Measuring Works, B) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, C) Earthworks, Excavations And Cuttings, Formation Of Embankments, D) Construction Of Road Drainage, E) Longitudinal And Transverse Profiling Along With Soil Compaction, F) Laying Of Geotextile Separation Layers, G) Construction Of A Frost-Protective Layer From Non-Seeded Soil, H) Construction Of The Lower Layer Of Aggregate Pavement 0/63Mm Thick 20 Cm, I) Making The Upper Layer Of The Surface From A Mixture Of Unbound Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm Thick. 15 Cm, J) Construction Of Exits With An Aggregate Surface, K) Formation And Compaction Of Dirt Roadsides.
