The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design And Construction Works In The Design-Build System Related To The Modernization Of School External Monitoring On The Premises Of Primary School No. 47 In Bytom As Part Of The Citizens Budget Together For Stolarzowice And Górnik.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program.3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Design Works And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Performed Construction Works And For The Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Design Works And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Completed Construction Works And The Construction Materials Used, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements, Which Will Be Assessed Within The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See Part Xviii Of The Swz)).5. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining All Required Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Monitoring System, 3) Performance Of Installation Works Based On The Developed And Approved Technical Documentation, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Citizens Budget Entitled: Together For Stolarzowice And Górnik.
