The Subject Of The Order Is Modern Methods Of Combating Cyanobacteria Using A Water Infrastructure Management System In A Designated Area Of The Kluczbork Reservoir - Delivery And Installation Of The Device.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery And Installation Of An Autonomous Water Protection System, The Primary Goal Of Which Is The Active Elimination And Inhibition Of The Multiplication Of Cyanobacteria (Cyanobacteria) In A Designated Area Of The Kluczbork Retention Reservoir, In Ligota Górna, Through The Emission Of Precisely Selected Ultrasonic Waves, While Monitoring Water Quality Parameters In Order To Optimize The Control Process - Delivery And Installation Of One Device. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. In Order To Confirm Compliance Of The Offered Supplies With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Who Submits The Offer Is Obliged To Submit With The Offer: A) Catalog Cards Of Devices For Combating Cyanobacteria Using The Water Infrastructure Management System In The Designated Area Of The Kluczbork Retention Reservoir; B) Ce Certificate For The Complete Device And A Statement On The Safe Impact Of Ultrasound Emissions On Humans And Aquatic Fauna (Especially Fish). All Electronic Components Must Meet The Requirements Of The Rohs Directive. The Power Supply System Must Have Certificates Of Resistance To Weather Conditions And Moisture In Accordance With The Iec 61701 Standard, I.E.: - The Ultrasound Frequencies And Intensity Used Do Not Have A Negative Impact On People, Fish, Zooplankton, Etc. - Confirmation Of The Tightness Class For Underwater Parts, - The Buoy Electronics Do Not Contain Harmful Substances That Could Penetrate The Water In The Event Of Damage. The Documents Must Be Attached In Polish.4. Required By The Ordering Party Min. Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order - 36 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.5. If The Contractor Does Not Offer Any Warranty Period In The Offer Form (I.E. Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Blank), It Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 36-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations, Confirming The Proper Performance And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With: Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 7.
