The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Gymnasium With A Connector To The Existing School Buildings, Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, And The Performance Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Technical Parameters Of The Facility And The Detailed Scope Of The Development Of Design Documentation Are Included In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop The Design Documentation In Such A Way As To Ensure Full Compliance With The Functional Requirements Specified In The Opz, While Ensuring Openness To Equivalent Solutions, In Accordance With The Principle Of Fair Competition And The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, In Particular Art. 99 Section 4 And 5. The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Developed By The Contractor, May Not Contain References To Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Patents Or Specific Origin Of Materials And Devices, Unless This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Given Subject Of The Contract And Cannot Be Described In Any Other Way, And In Such A Case, The Possibility Of Using Equivalent Solutions Should Be Allowed Each Time. Design Solutions Must Be Consistent With Current Legal Regulations And Polish Standards.
