Tenders Are Invited For Services In The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals For Patients

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Daily Preparation And Delivery To The Indicated Pickup Point At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of Meals Constituting Full Board For Hospitalized Patients, Along With The Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Method Of Providing Services Are Included In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 - Contract Template. An Integral Part Of The Description Are Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Contractors Inquiries. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Content Of The Swz And The Content Of The Responses Provided, The Content Of The Letter Containing The Subsequent Declaration Of The Ordering Party Should Be Accepted As Binding. 3. The Quantitative Demand For The Provision Of Services For A Period Of 12 Months Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form And It Will Be The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Offer. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Demand For The Services Specified In This Tor Is Estimated, And The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Contract At The Level Of At Least 70%. If The Agreement Is Completed By At Least 70%, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In Relation To The Unfulfilled Part Of The Agreement. The Actual Number Of Meals Ordered Will Depend On The Current Number Of Hospitalized Patients.
