1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Administration Of Real Estate Managed By Gminne Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Sp. Z O. O., In Accordance With The Scope And Provisions Resulting From This Swz Together With Its Annexes. The Property Management Service, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract, Is A Comprehensive Service Consisting Of Individual Auxiliary Services That Are Closely Related To Each Other And Constitute An Economic Whole. The Scope Of The Property Management Service Is Specified In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz) And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz). 2. The Administrators Responsibilities Include Tasks Related To Property Management, The Purpose Of Which Is To Ensure Proper Economic And Financial Management Of The Property, Ensure The Safety Of Use And Proper Operation Of The Property, Ensure Proper Energy Management And Maintain The Property In A Non-Deteriorated Condition In Accordance With Its Intended Use. 3. The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Also Be Obliged To Sign An Agreement Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7A To The Swz.
