The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of A Contract Engineer Providing Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over Construction Works And Installation Of Permanent Equipment As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Construction Of 24-Hour And Inpatient Psychiatric Care And Addiction Treatment Units With Equipment And Auxiliary Facilities In The Spzoz Hospital In Człuchów, Implemented In Two Tasks: 1) Task No. 1: Construction Of The Building Of The 24-Hour And Inpatient Psychiatric Care And Addiction Treatment Unit Building For Adults In The Spzoz Hospital In Człuchów. 2) Task No. 2. Construction Of A Building For The Department Of 24-Hour And In-Patient Psychiatric Care For Children And Adolescents At The Spzoz Hospital In Człuchów. 3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contract Engineer To Settle The Task With The Ministry Of Health And Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Obtain Permits To Use The Facilities, Which Involved Extending The Deadline For Performing The Contract Engineers Activities By The Period Related To The Settlement Of Subsidies For Construction Tasks And The Supply Of Equipment With The Ministry Of Health.
