The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Organizing A Study Visit For A Group Of Approximately 20 Students Of The Technical School Complex In Mielec, Together With Their Guardians, At The Poznań Airport And The 33Rd Transport Aviation Base In Powidz, Providing: Transport, Accommodation, Meals According To The Following Trip Plan: June 1, 2026. • Departure From The Parking Lot At Ul. Żeromskiego 15, 39-300 Mielec (Vendo Park Mielec Parking Lot) In The Early Morning Hours (Approx. 4:00–5:00)• Transfer To The Poznań Airport, Ul. Bukowska 285, 60-189 Poznań (Stay At Least 3 Hours)• Lunch Near The Airport• Transfer To The Hotel - Accommodation• Dinner At The Hotel• Possibly Additional Transport To A Selected Place Approx. 50 Kn In Poznań2 June 2026• Breakfast At The Hotel• Check-Out (Approx. 9:00)• Transfer To The Military Base In Powidz Ul. Powidz - Osiedle 662-430 Powidz• Study Visit To The Military Base (By Prior Arrangement)• Lunch In The Powidz Area• Departure For The Return Journey• Return To Mielec In The Eveningthe Contractor Provides A Minimum 2-Star Hotel Located In The City Center, Well Connected. Rooms For 2-4 People (And 2 Single Rooms For Caregivers) Equipped With Tea And Coffee Making Facilities And A Bathroom With A Shower. The Hotel Should Have A Parking Lot And Approximately 30 Rooms Located On One Floor; A Restaurant Providing Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner. The Contractor Provides A Coach. It Insures The Coach And Passengers Against Any Damage That May Occur During And In Connection With The Transport, And Covers Road And Parking Fees. The Contractor Covers The Costs Of: Road Tolls, Parking Fees, Accommodation And Meals For The Driver. In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown Or Other Events Occurring During The Journey That Make It Impossible To Continue The Transport With The Current Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours. Required Vehicle Standard: Heating/Air Conditioning, Sound System, Seats With Headrests, Number Of Seats In Accordance With The Number Of People Transported (No Standing Passengers Are Expected To Be Transported).
