Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Consultant for Advisory Support to 2,100 Sheep Farmers, 3,500 Goat Farmers under the Extensive System, and 280 Pig Farmers under the Extensive System The Government of the Republic of Benin has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) to cover the cost of the Support Project for the Development of the Milk and Meat Value Chains and the Promotion of Livestock Enterprises (PRODEFILAV-PEL). It intends to use part of the funds from this loan to finance the contract for the recruitment of an NGO to provide advisory support to 2,100 sheep farmers, 3,500 goat farmers under the extensive system, and 280 pig farmers under the extensive system. The services under this contract consist of providing close technical support to 2,100 sheep farmers, 3,500 goat farmers under the extensive system, and 280 pig farmers under the extensive system in order to improve the zootechnical, sanitary, and hygienic performance of their livestock in the beneficiary municipalities.
