The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Power Established In Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That “Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Issued Them”; Power That Is Materialized In The Information System Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows, As Long As A Bid Has Not Been Awarded, To Carry Out Said Power Through A Well-Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
