Tenders Are Invited For Reducing The Energy Demand Of Štěpánka Kindergarten

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of The Štěpánka Kindergarten In Mladá Boleslav. The Plan Consists Of Building Modifications, Installation Of Technology (Vzt, Pv Plant) And Management Of Rainwater. The Project Addresses The Improvement Of The Thermal Technical Properties Of The Entire Building. The Perimeter Walls, Including The Plinth And Roof Structure, Will Be Insulated. As Part Of The Project Documentation, The Installation Of New Plumbing, Locksmith And Facade Elements Is Also Proposed. In Addition, There Will Be Installation Of Outdoor Blinds, Replacement Of Lightning Conductors, Structural Modifications To The Heating System And Regulation, Modifications And Additions To Electrical Installations Including Lighting, Installation Of Hvac And Fve Production With Technology And Battery Storage. The Following Construction Modifications Will Be Carried Out In The Interior: Penetrations Through Ceiling Structures And Replacement Of Part Of The Ceiling Near The Stairwell Due To The Penetration Of Ventilation Ducts. As A Follow-Up To The Distribution Of Air Ducts, Plasterboard Structures Will Be Sheathed And A Suspended Ceiling Will Be Created From Sdk.
