The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation (Including Related Construction Works), Commissioning And Operation Of Charging Stations Ac Max 22 Kw As A Backbone System Of Charging Stations For Electric Cars In The City Of Táboř. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Delivery, Installation, Execution Of Related Construction Works, Commissioning And Operation Of Charging Stations For Electric Cars (Hereinafter Referred To As Ns) Located On The Land Of The City Of Tábor According To The Project Documentation. This Involves The Supply, Construction And Operation Of A Total Of 44 Charging Points Ac Max 22 Kw In Accordance With The Project Documentation. Part Of The Scope Of The Contract Is The Operation Of All Ns At Its Own Expense For A Period Of 5 Years From The Completion Of Construction (Assumption Of Completion Of Ns Depending On Connection Dates Eg.D. By The End Of 2027). The Profit From Operating Charging Stations Is The Operators Profit For The Entire 5-Year Period. After The End Of The Five-Year Operating Period Of The Ns, The Ns Will Be Transferred To The Property Of The Contracting Authority. The Gradual Transfer Of Individual Nss Will Take Place Between 1 January 2033 And 31 December 2033.
