Frýdecká, Vratimov, Contractor Kotásek - Projekty S. R. O., Id 06155707, Frýdecká 1901, 739 34 Šenov, Date Of Execution 11/2024, (Hereinafter Referred To As Project). Which Forms Appendix No. 5 Of This Call And The Conditions Of The Call For Tenders For This (Above) Public Contract. The Subject Of This Public Order Is Construction Work Dealing With The Regeneration Of The Outer Envelope And Adjacent Outdoor Areas Of The Civic Amenities Building (Shopping Center No. 1094 And 1/40) On Frýdecká Street In The City Of Vratimov. These Works Mainly Include The Repair Of The Outer Perimeter Shell Of The Existing Building Of The Shopping Center In Vratimov, Incl. Replacement Of Some Windows And Repair Of The Roof Sheathing On The Saddle Parts Of The Roof And Electrical Work Consisting In The Repair Of The Existing External Lightning Protection Of The Building Lps (Lightning Conductor). In Connection With Construction Repairs To The Building, The Existing Paved Area At The Main Entrance To The Building Will Also Be Modified. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Project.
