Subject Of The Order: This Is A Change Of The Completed Building. The Existing Retaining Wall Is Statically Disturbed, Which Poses A Risk Of Its Collapse. For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Renovation And Sanitation. The Structure Will Serve As A Retaining Wall And Is Permanent. Proposed Construction Parameters: Built-Up Area: 4.9 M², Length Of Retaining Wall: Approx. 40.5 M, Height Of The Retaining Wall From The Ground: Approx. 0.14–1.8 M. The Retaining Wall Will Be Made Of Prefabricated L-Shaped Reinforced Concrete Elements With A Height Of 0.55-2.05 M, A Corresponding Base Plate With A Width Of 0.40-1.50 M And A Length Of 0.99 M Or 0.49 M. The Elements Will Be Made Of Concrete Class C30/37 – Xc4, Xf4 And Will Be Reinforced With Concrete Reinforcement Of Class B500b. The Face Of The Prefabricated Parts Of The Retaining Wall Will Be Made In Visual Quality In Class Pb2. The Foot Of The Retaining Wall Will Be Drained By A Drainage Pipe Covered With Geotextile, Which Will Be Led Into The Drainage Pit At The Lowest Point Of The Retaining Wall. The Trench For Drainage In The First Level Will Be Lined With Geotextile 200 G/M² And Then Filled With Gravel Fraction 16-32 Mm. Pvc Drainage Pipes, Flexible, With A Diameter Of 100 Mm Will Be Installed With A Gradient Of Min. 0.5%. The Green Area In Front Of The Newly Built Wall Towards The Road Will Be Re-Asphalted. The Transport Solution Remains The Same. Excavated Material Will Be Used To Level The Terrain Around The Structure And Embankment. The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 4 And Annex No. 5 Of This Procurement Documentation.
