Lifting And Transport Services Are Regularly Required To Assemble, Install, Remove And Move Hhr Parts And Installations. These Activities Take Place At Various Locations And Are Characterized By A Predominantly Ad Hoc Character. Hhr Aims To Conclude A Multi-Year Framework Agreement For The Provision Of On-Demand Lifting And Transport Services To Support Management And Maintenance Work. The Work Varies In Size And Complexity And Includes Both Simple Lifting Operations And More Specialist And Precise Deployment. The Intended Contract Form Is A Framework Agreement, In Which Predefined Building Blocks (Such As Type Of Equipment, Duration Of Deployment And Staffing) Serve As A Basis For Cost Control. The Hhr Management Area May Be Divided Into Parcels For Tender In The Future Tender. The Scope Concerns The Use (Rental) Of Equipment With Operation As A Service, Not The Realization Of Physical Work Or New Installation Or The Execution Of Integrated Projects In Which Lifting And Transport Work Is Part Of A Broader Assignment.
