Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Control Of Fire Alarms, And Control And Maintenance Of Extinguishing Systems

Ntnu Will Enter Into One Joint Agreement For The Control Of Fire Alarm Systems, And The Control And Maintenance Of Extinguishing Systems, For Ntnus Buildings In Trondheim. Maintenance Means Repairs, Replacements And Rectification Of Deviations (Errors And Defects) On The Extinguishing Systems, So That They Function As Intended. Maintenance Is Limited To Troubleshooting, Repair And Replacement Of Components For Systems Where This Is Described In This Agreement. The Following Is Included In The Agreement: · Fire Alarm System - A Simple Annual Check Of The System Is Carried Out Here. · Extinguishing System - Inspection And Service Agreement With Necessary Maintenance. See Appendix 1 Requirements Specification And Appendix 3A Price Form, For A Detailed Description Of The Delivery And An Overview Of The Various Facilities. The Planned Start For The New Agreement Is Mid-August. This Years Checks Of Fire Alarm Systems Will Be Carried Out In The First Half Of 2026, So That For 2026 There Will Be Checks Of Extinguishing Systems And Extinguishing Centrals, Which Will Be Carried Out In The Autumn Of 2026. A New Contract Supplier Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out These. Maintenance Of The Fire Alarm Systems Is Included Under Ntnus Framework Agreements For Electrical Services, So This Maintenance Work Is Not Covered By The Framework Agreement. The Agreement Does Not Cover Major Replacements Or Investments In New Facilities.
