The Purpose Of The Rfi (Request For Information) Is To Facilitate The Best Possible Competition. Information On How Suppliers Organize Themselves And Deliver The Services, And Input On Preliminary Drafts Of Parts Of The Competition Basis, Will Contribute To This. The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out In Writing, With The Possibility Of One-On-One Meetings Between Suppliers And Dio. Suppliers Are Free To Provide Written Feedback At Any Time During This Process.
